I will be in Dallas Wed 7/6/11 and won't return until 7/7. i've told Mom. Lindy will go by and give meds and check on her. Lindy also got mom a few meals from www.myfitfoods.com. Not sure if you're familiar with them, but they specialize in healthy "home" cooking for busy but health-conscious professionals. I gave mom Tenderloin Stir Fry today. It had long grain natural rice and lots of vegetables. Good stuff. Lindy will give her another of those meals (they come in a fairly wide variety) tomorrow (7/6/11). Mom seemed to really like the food.
